1st Grade Here She Comes!

OMGoodness....where has the time gone!!  We have been so very busy since school ended that I haven't posted any blogs! But it's not like I don't post everything on FaceBook anyway!

This summer has been all about swimming, playing, reading (Library challenge), dress-up, make-up, Descendants 1 and 2, and of course the big "6th" birthday!  Bella has grown up so much this summer. I love her reasoning, logic, sense of humor and tender heart. She is quite the big girl now...but she still loves her snuggle time!

It's hard to believe that 1st grade begins next Thursday!! Bella knows her teacher's name and will get to meet her Tuesday evening during "Meet the Teacher" night. She is looking forward to being back in school. She loves to learn new things and can't wait to see her friends! I'm going to miss our all day fun time, but I'll be taking and picking her up each day from school.

With school starting comes our extra stress and worry. Everyone worries about school germs, etc., but we stress over it.  Our goal is to keep Bella out of the hospital this school year. She doesn't want another repeat of last year (nor do we). Even though a few boys made fun of her wearing her mask at school she is determined to keep the germs out, so if she has to wear them again she says she will. (Thank you, Elli, for coming to her defense!)   Just a friendly reminder to keep those little sick one's home!!  And maybe talk to the kids about not making fun of other kids!

So we will celebrate 1st Grade, new friends, old friends, and more! Here's to learning new things and new adventures!!

Bella you will soar high in 1st grade...love you so much!

Summer Reading

Well...I signed Bella up last week for the Summer Reading Program at the Library. She wants to read enough books and check out books and receive a tiny stuffed beaver!  "Grammy I really want that little beaver! I will always and forever remember I got it from the Library for reading!" She has been reading to me, the baby cousins, Meme, Mommy/Daddy, Papa, Great Grandma Betty and any one that will listen!  She is doing awesome!!

SO Thankful

Wow!!!  Between CF Awareness month (which is coming to an end in about a week), Great Strides and Kindergarten Graduation this month has just slipped by!!

Our Great Strides walk was a huge success! Bella's Brigade raised $25,588.00 and I still have a couple more donations coming in!  AMAZING!!!! Bella's team ROCKED Great Strides!!

I can't believe we now have a 1st grader!  Bella's graduation was so cute. The kids all sang great and they were just so darn CUTE!! Today is their final Kindergarten Field Trip...bowling and then a picnic in the park. Mommy and Daddy are with her for this!

We have so much to be thankful for as this school year ends. Bella loved school, she made so many friends, she adored her teacher, she learned so much and is excited about being in 1st grade next school year. We are so pleased and proud of her accomplishments this year and she stayed healthy and grew stronger in body and mind! So thankful that she only had a single set-back and she bounced back from it and has never looked back!

So now we have a summer full of fun activities, family trips, and more. Summer will fly by but we will make the best of every single day!!

Bella's Brigade Day

Thursday was such a special day. Rejoice School had a Bella's Brigade Day to show their support for Bella and Great Strides!  Seeing such support for her touched my heart!

When Papa and I take Bella home sometimes we take the "scenic route"...which means we drive through Stone Canyon!  The other day when it was just me driving her home and we got to the intersection she says.."Grammy? Can we take the scenic route?" (Sure!) "Good...I like the scenic route!"

Today when we were out playing she started talking about calling me later.."Well..I will call you around 8:30 or 7:30. Maybe 9:30 or maybe 10:30. No..wait..I might be asleep...maybe I can call you in the morning before the Walk. Or I can call you at 7:00 at Kalydeco time!" (You call me anytime you'd like sweetpea!)

Today all the way to Olive Garden (we were having lunch and then going shopping!) she decided to read. So she read from her "Big Purple Book of Beginner Books"..she picked "A Fish Out of Water". I am so impressed with reading! I love when she sees exclamation marks at the end of a sentence. She REALLY gets into those! It's so cute!! (Yes...I am a very proud Grammy!)

Tomorrow is Great Strides 2017!! The weather looks like we are going to have a great day! Can't wait to see everyone! Bella is very excited about the Walk as well!  She plans on taking LOTS of pictures with her camera. (I will probably take a few with mine! LOL!)

Count Down

We have a double count down this month!  Great Strides 2017 is May 13th and Kindergarten Graduation is May 23rd!

Where do you want to eat? "Braum's!"
Of course May is Cystic Fibrosis Awareness Month and I'm sure most people are ready to "unfriend" me during this month!  But getting awareness spread and research money raised is the only way we will ever find a cure for CF and I will never stop until a cure is found.   Danny's walk for Bella's Brigade is today in Los Angeles! I can't wait to see pictures!!!

Friday, Bella's class (and the other Kindergarten classes) will all be wearing Bella's Brigade t-shirts in support of Bella.   Rejoice School staff, parents and kids have really touched our hearts!  I am so very happy that she is going there. And speakiing of school....... how did the end of this school year come so quickly??  Bella is happy and sad. She is ready to swim and play, but she is going to miss her friends and especially her teacher!  She gets a little teary eyed thinking about saying goodbye.  She has been practicing her graduation songs and I have to say they are going to look so darn cute up there singing!!!
"Grammy I am going to be scared!" (So will all the other kids, too!) "There will be lots of people!" (Yes, but they will all be there to clap, smile, cry happy tears, and celebrate your big accomplishment!) "You will probably have happy tears." (Oh..I can just about promise you I will have happy tears!!)  I do plan on bringing kleenex!!  Papa told Bella that he will turn the pool heater on the day school is out. That helped Bella get even more excited for Summer!

Bella spent the night and we "camped" in the family room last night. She only woke up once and asked if it was time to get up... 4:02 a.m. .... (No! Let's see if we can't sleep in just a little longer!)

Birthday Bash

Just realized I missed last week's post!  OOPS! Bad Grammy!

Bella and I went to the Aquarium last week to finally see the sea turtle exhibit. It was really cool and Bella loved it! We plan on seeing in many times this summer..along with the zoo and other places for great adventures!

This week has been a few more firsts for Bella...Testing all week. We practiced filling in bubbles in preparation! And this week Bella tried the school pizza! She said one friend just smiled and another friend looked shocked! She loved the pizza and can't wait to try it again and maybe even something else!

This week ended with the Kindergarten Birthday Bash! What a fun afternoon...carnival games, food, face painting!  Bella and all the kids had a great time!!

It's hard to believe that school will be over in 3 1/2 weeks!  Where did the year go??

Happy Easter!

This past week brought another first for Miss Bella.  She got to participate in her first school Easter Egg Hunt!    She also has her last Sight Word list mastered!  She will turn it in Tuesday when she goes back to school.  We all signed off on List 22!!
Being silly..waiting for Olive Garden to open!
"I'm getting up front now!"

Her friend, Elli (some will remember her as "Four"..when Bella just couldn't remember her name when school first started and she was making friends!) came over Friday after school. We had lunch at Olive Garden with Elli and her mom and brother, too!  The girls had so much fun playing at the house.  Burkley came over as well!

We will have an Easter Egg hunt here later today. Tonight Momma and Daddy are going to the PAC so we get to have a special overnight visitor!  Happy Grammy!!  We plan on going to the Aquarium Monday. We are going to feed the turtles, stingrays and see the sea turtles!  She is so excited!!

Mississippi Queen

Our little reader is now on List 20!! Just two more to go and she will have mastered her Sight Words! I am so very proud of her!

Lunch in the cafeteria!
Wednesday I got to hang out with the Kindergarteners! Steaming and pressing their gowns for their upcoming graduation!  Bella reminded me several times that when I was at school helping Mrs. Kornegay that I had to do everything that she said.  I promised I would and wouldn't do anything without checking with Mrs. Kornegay first!  Pictures were today..I have to admit..those little ones looked so dang cute in their "costumes" (as they all called them!)!!

It brought back lots of great memories from Liberty when the kids in Bella's class were all calling me Miss Vicki!  Got lots of extra hugs today from them! Makes my heart happy!

On a funny side note:  I had muted my phone while I was working on the gowns out in the halls. I figured I didn't want anyone to be disturbed if my phone rang. At lunch in the cafeteria I had turned the volume back up ... but forgot to mute it when I put it in Bella's classroom after lunch. It wasn't long before Bella was bringing me my phone!  "Grammy..you missed a call from PaPa!!"
I apologized to Mrs. Kornegay and she just laughed. Said they were all sitting down to read when suddenly "Mississippi Queen" came out of nowhere! She asked where that music was coming from and asked Bella if that was my phone!  Bella said "Yes..that's my Papa!".  LOL!  The kids all started bobbing their heads along to the song!  Oops!! Bad Grammy!!
Melt my heart!

Spiers (Insert "Mission Impossible" music! )

Our little reader is so excited. She is now on List 17 of Sight Words (only 6 more lists to go!) and she advanced to the next level of reading books! She loves being able to pick up her book and sound out and read! We are so proud of her!  "I Read Well..that's my new book, Grammy!" (That is so cool! Can you believe that you can read now?!)  "I read well, Grammy!!"

We are the bad spiers!!
Next week they will be taking Kindergarten Graduation pictures. I can't believe that in 7 1/2 weeks she will be through with Kindergarten.  We were talking about it on the way home and told her the year sure went by fast. "I don't think it went fast, Grammy." (Well..the older you get the faster time seems to go by.) "Oh..that makes sense because you are 63 because you had a birthday!" (Yep!) She has been practicing her songs for graduation. I can't wait to see them all singing!
She has really blossomed in Kindergarten!!

We are starting to think about Summer fun ... She is really looking forward to swimming. She wants to have some friends over to swim, she talking about having a sleepover. We are talking about going back to the Will Rogers Museum, signing up for a Summer library program, and more. She wants to make a list! Works for me!!

We have started our vegetable garden. The carrot seeds and okra seeds are in the ground! Tomato plants will go in this weekend. "Grammy, be sure and get new strawberries for you and PaPa!" (Okay! I will!!)

Getting ready to go out and
"spier" on people!
Bella was telling me that she will be Calendar Helper again on Monday.  Well..she was saying tomorrow..and I told her tomorrow is Saturday. So she started her "Days of the Week" song and I explained that school is Monday-Friday..(Saturday and Sunday are the days to get to stay home from school and you get to hang out with Mommy and Daddy).."But, Grammy, what if I want to hang out with you?" (Just let Mommy and Daddy know. Anytime that say its okay for you to come over and hang out is fine with me!) Love her!!

Sad To Glad

Bryan got hit with the flu Monday so we packed up Bella's things and she stayed with us all week.
Staying with Grammy and PaPa is fun for two days..but after three she really starts getting homesick. By day five she was beginning to think about whether or not her diesel truck would make the run to her house! LOL!
She was worried about her Daddy and wanted to hug him to make him feel better. She understood that it was for her safety that she was being kept away.."I don't want to get a flu, Grammy. I don't want to be in the hospital again with a lung infection."

We did lots of fun things, and she loved learning a new list of sight words every day so that she could read them to Mommy and Daddy each night. She got to visit with Daddy (from a distance) and we made a run to Mommy's work so she could see her. But she was really wanting to go home. We tried to have her do FaceTime but she said "Grammy, FaceTime will just make me miss Mommy and Daddy too much and then I will just be mad at you!" (Because you are stuck here with PaPa and Me and would rather be home?) "Yes..and I don't want to be mad at you Grammy!" (Well I appreciate that, honey!)

Friday night we did have a great time eating out with friends and she did have fun playing with Burkley all day Saturday! They had a blast playing dress-up. But every night she would ask when she was going to get to go home.  Sunday she finally got to go home and she also got to see MeMe! She was a very happy camper!!

Side note:  I placed our first Bella's Brigade T-Shirt order.. we have sold 246 shirts so far!  That is so amazing!!

Spring Break

Well...Spring Break has come and gone!  Bella, Mommy and Daddy headed to Big Cedar Lodge and Papa and I headed to Eureka Springs!  It snowed!  It was way too cold! But we had fun in ES and the kids had fun in Big Cedar and Branson!  Bella got to shop in the Disney Store at Tanger Mall. She has saved all her chores money and she bought herself some goodies!

The cold air set off Bella's newly diagnosed asthma so she is has been coughing. Upped her albueterol and she seems to be getting better. We will keep our fingers crossed!

I sure missed my little Precious!!  Friday she spent the night! Happy Grammy!!  We played, hunted killer zombie clowns, saved super heroes, fought coconut pirates, re-enacted "Moana" and had a blast!!  Saturday was so gorgeous outside that we spent just about all day outside..she enjoyed every minute.  I need to move her swing set so she can swing again!  She helped Papa pick up sticks in the yard and then hopped into her diesel and we continued hunting those pesky killer zombie clowns!

Dr. Seuss .. I Do like Shopping Yes I Do, I Do Like Shopping How 'Bout You?

Dr. Seuss week!
Ready to shop 'til we drop!!
Every day I pick up Bella from school. Every other week I take her and pick her up.  On the days that I take her she always holds my hand tightly (well..actually she holds onto my finger) and we walk together down the hallways to class.  If I have something to drop off in Nurse Ginger's office, or the main office she always holds my hand. We maneuver through and around people because she is holding on to me.  If I pull my hand away to get us through a doorway she immediately grabs my finger when we get through ... Until Tuesday morning of this week ...
Tuesday as we walked from the car towards the building with her holding my finger, she informed me that she could walk to class all by herself! "Grammy, I can do it.. I can go to my class by myself." (Okay! Do you want to go your way and I'll go my way at the crosswalk?)  "No..not yet!" (Okay..so when we get inside you'll tell me?) "Yep!"  So we walked to the first hallway and she let go ... gave me our 'I love you' sign ... and turned and walked away down the hallway.  I stood and watched as she  walked away. I was just slightly shocked but so proud of her! I couldn't believe what a big girl she was! I was just a little sad, too, because I realized that she really is growing up so fast. But I was strong and didn't get teary-eyed...but the school counselor did as she watched Bella take off on her own! "Was that planned", she asked? (No..quite the contrary! She just informed me on the way in!) "OMGosh! She's getting so big!", she said. (I know..I know).... she gave me a hug!
After school she told Papa how she walked down the hall all the way to her class by herself! He asked "How was it?".. "It was fine...but I sort of cried a little when I got to class because I missed Grammy!"  Melt my heart!!  BTW..she held my hand every morning after that all the way to class.

All week Bella got to dress up for Dr. Seuss week!  She loved each day! Kindergarten has been such a new learning experience for her!!      She was very sad though one day when  I picked her up after school. "Grammy, do you want to hear some really sad news? It is just terrible. It will make you cry!" (OMGosh! What is it?) "My friend is leaving! She is going to another school and she will never ever be back! It is so sad, Grammy!"  She was very teary-eyed. (Well, honey, sometimes friends come and sometimes they go.) "But Grammy it is just too sad! I didn't play with her very much, but she was still my friend!" (I know, babe. It's hard to say goodbye to friends. But you have good memories with her.) "Okay. Did you bring me my squeezable yogurts?" (Yes (laughing), honey, I have your yogurt.) I guess squeezable yogurt makes even the saddest news better!
"I like this one, too!""
'Where to now?'
"I can't believe I wear 7/8 now!"
Friday Bella spent the night and Saturday we finally got to have our big shopping spree!  She has suddenly outgrown everything! Which is AWESOME!! She is taller and gained weight and even her shoes are too small now!  We were going to have a shopping day a few weeks ago, but she started coughing and we didn't want to risk it. So Saturday morning we headed out bright and early. Burkley and Kelly met up with us and the girls had so much fun! Lunch at Freddy's and dessert at Cherry Berry!  (Did you have a fun day?)  "It was SO fun! I really wanted CherryBerry today! It was SO good!" (Well, I'm glad you fun!) "Thank you, Grammy! I love my new things! 'specially my rainbow heart dress and my orange dress!!" (I'm so happy! We will do it again!) Big grin..."I love you, Grammy!" (I love you, too!)

Just A Little Girl

Today I am just sitting here watching her sleep. Watching every rise and fall of her chest as she breathes. Breathing is something most people take for granted. It's so easy, such a natural thing to do. But Bella has to fight sometimes to breathe...and right now is one of those times. I timed my breathing with hers...she is working so hard.  She asleep and resting but she is working so hard to get each breath. CF sucks .. and now add a very strong possibility of asthma and it just makes things harder for her.  Her PFTS is 89% at the moment, which is terrible for her as her normal lung function is well above 110%. Having her function that low causes her to work harder for every breath...it wears her out. (Try plugging your nose and walk around breathing through a straw for a few minutes and you'll realize what a constricted airway feels like!!)   But she doesn't complain. She tells you she is fine. But her cough tells you otherwise. But she is a trooper. She lines up her meds in order of least tasty to favorite and takes them. Accepts the extra breathing and vest therapy. She is so brave..so grown up sometimes.. but it's times like this that I look at her and only see the precious little girl who wants to be so many different things..a veterinarian, a ninja, a movie star, married and more. I see the little girl that loves snuggles and cuddles, the little girl that loves her stuffed bears, the little girl that just wants to run and play. I want all of that for her. There is a cure out there for CF and it needs to be found.

Ultrasounds, Ultrasounds and More!

Queen Elsa!
Saturday we watched and
re-enacted "Frozen"!
This past week flew by..even with two doctor visits!   Bella's blood clot is getting the full attention of the Clinic. They scheduled an ultrasound and a follow up ultrasound (the follow up is tomorrow morning ... they want to compare it to the previous one to see if this past week of meds and compresses has helped to diminish it).  Blood work will be next if the clot hasn't gone down.  Her Clinic appointment went very well. She just amazes me at how grown up she it when it comes to swabs, test, etc. She continues to gain in both height and weight! Her lungs sounded clear!

Just me and my
Valentine!
We were all so glad that she was able to attend her classroom Valentine's Day party. She missed out on her school Christmas Program and Christmas party because of her hospital stay and we really didn't want her to miss this one. But we made it back to school in time!!  Bella loves school so much!

Bella has discovered that she loves fried okra! Saturday we got to spend some time together and she asked for "the green stuff with the crunchy outsides!" for lunch. She ate almost two cups of it! Love it...great way to get a veggie in her and some fat grams!!

Milo, one of the neighborhood cats that drop by on occasion to peek in our windows, stopped by Saturday. Milo  had a rough year last year .. showed up one day with half of his tail missing and wearing a "collar of shame" halo collar .. but he was chubby and happy. But this Saturday's visit he appears ghastly thin .. skeletal almost. Bella saw him and remarked..."Ah, Grammy?? What has happened to Milo? He doesn't look very good at all! He looks like he is going to die? Why?? He was rounder before like my Milo kitty? Did they do something when they cut off his tail??" (I don't know, Baby. But he certainly doesn't look healthy at all.) "Poor, Milo! I hope he isn't going to die."
He wandered off after peeking in the windows. I hope it isn't the last of his visits, but I am afraid it was.

Tuesday Bella has a day off from school. We are going to go shopping (she has outgrown her shoes!), maybe visit the Aquarium to see the new sea turtle exhibit, or maybe the Zoo (weather permitting).  She says all three ... I don't know who will need a nap at the end of the day if we do all three... Bella or me!!

Bella'isms

We had a house guest Tuesday night! Love it when she gets to spend the night!
Tuesday was one of those rare warm and non-windy days and boy did she enjoy every chance she got to be outside!  "Grammy I was out at BOTH recesses today!! Boy Howdy did it get hot! I took my coat off and tied it around my waist!" (That's good! ) "And boy did I swing!! I was flying!" (Great! How'd you get so high?) "Oh..Burkley pushed me and Mrs. Kornegay pushed me! It was so cool!"

After school she took her diesel truck out and drove around.."Grammy..you need to run." (Why?) "Because you need a head start before I run you over with my diesel!" (Why are you going to run me over?) "Oh..just because you are just an old grammy!" [laughing and smiling] (Thanks for the the heads up!) Turning on her diesel...just sitting there..."Well?" (You are serious! You want me to run?) "Yeah!" (Really??) "Well..I won't run you over. I just wanted you to run next to me!" (Okay..I can do that!) "Thank you, Grammy! I love you!!" (Love you too!) [And yes I ran around next to her truck!]

We were discussing this last episode of FaceOff...they did "Monster High" makeup.  "I wanted Draculora to win. But is was okay that the other one won. Did you see the green one??" (VenusFlyTrap girl??). "OMGosh!! She didn't look good at ALL!! And the Wolf girl?? WHAT were they thinking? It was just WRONG!!" [holding her hands out doing the whole OMG body language...LOL!!] (I have to agree..those two didn't turn out very good.) "I don't know why they would make that green one look so yucky. Those teeth!!" (Guess they just thought it would be okay!) "Well they were wrong!!!"

"Ahind"... when something is coming up to get you... "Pretend that they are 'ahind you, Grammy!"
"Unscape" .. when you get away ... "Hurry, Grammy...they unscaped and we need to get them!"
And of course .. "Libeary"... needs no translation!

I Voted For Spring

A lot of cool stuff going on this past week!  Bella was so excited...she took two of her books to school and read them to Mrs. Kornegay!  Bella has really been practicing sounding out words and learning new words.  She turning into quite the little reader!  We are so proud of her!!

Bella said.."I voted for Spring! Some kids voted for Winter!"... (Okay! ???)...... (Ground Hogs Day... got it!)  "Why would they want more of this kind of day? [waving her hand around] I want it warm so I can swim and not cancel my birthday!" (Why would you have to cancel your birthday?) "Because my birthday is in Summer and if it stays Winter we will have to cancel it!" .... I wasn't sure how to respond to that! LOL!

I tell Bella all the time that she is
my little ray of sunshine... the picture
proves it.
Friday was her 100th day in school.  She dressed up as a 100 year old cat lady!  She and her classmates all looked so cute!

Our little bun-headed 100
year old cat lady!!
Sunday is SuperBowl LI.  I love making all the goodies for the day!!  It's always a fun day of football (and let's face it...we all love to see what the new commercials are going to look like!! LOL), family and food!!

Courage

Today on the way to school I told Bella how very proud I am of her.  And how very smart she is. I told her she just amazes me everyday with what she is learning in school. I told her she was the bravest little girl I knew, too. She asked, "Why?" (Well, because you just are. You have to do a lot of stuff other kids don't have to do and you just do it because you understand how important it is.) "Like wearing my mask. I don't want another lung infection!" (That's right! Maybe your mask will help keep some of those germs out!)  She said she liked learning and really likes her memory verses. When I asked which one she liked the best she said, "Courage is about being willing to try something new even if you are afraid!"  She's so right..and that sums her up perfectly.  It's hard enough being 5 years old and going to school, and learning new things, but add in to that all the treatments, therapy, pills, etc., having to go into the hospital, needles, tubes.. She didn't complain, she just accepted that somethings might hurt (like finger pricks for blood draws) but she could do it. She truly is her favorite verse..She is courageous.

Bella learned to tie her shoes!  Of course she wanted to film it so she could post it on FaceBook!

Just Another Thing

Trying to get back into my weekly blog... missed last week! I'm not doing too well at getting my routine back up!

A little over a week ago it was discovered that Bella has a small blood clot in her arm. It's from the IV's, the strong antibiotics, etc. It doesn't bother her, but we have to keep an eye on it. It should remedy itself. It's always something!!  Other then that she has continued to do very well. She has accepted the new addition of her nebulized hypertonic saline without blinking an eye and wearing her mask all day at school. She just looks at it as "just another thing".. she amazes me.

We are gearing up for Great Strides 2017. We already have 11 t-shirts ordered, and we are half way to our team fund raising goal!!  Every penny raised helps us find a cure. Several of my CF Family/Friends are struggling right now. Brady is in the hospital getting a port and g-tube. He just can't get his weight up so hopefully this will help.  Melissa is in the hospital fighting an infection and her PFTS shows that her lung function is sitting at 40% (down from 70%). And my Crystal is battling the after effects of antibiotics and belly issues and new meds. This disease is just unforgiving..it is relentless..it is determined to win and our CF WARRIORS are fighters and refuse to let it win. They are amazing, they are fighters, they are WINNERS!

Bella has a big date coming up this Saturday... her very first Daddy/Daughter Dance.  The school sent out invitations. She is beyond excited!! I can't wait to see pictures!!!

Welcome 2017

We were photo-bombed!! LOL!
This is going to be another year of new adventures for Bella. She loves school and is learning to read! I have a feeling the rest of the school year is going to fly by!  Bella headed back to school Thursday. To say that her class, and teachers were happy to see her would be an understatement! She received hugs from everyone that saw her. She was very happy to be back!

Heading home.
So we are back to normal routines now. Danny made it home safe and sound..Bella misses him and wants him back here forever (me, too!).  She asked if I wanted to see him on TV and I said of course! She says if he's on TV then he can't come home. I told her we would work around it!!  Of course she wants him home for her birthday in July... "then he can see me swim!!"  We will work on that, too! She also says she wants to go to Disneyland. (In California? We will all have to fly out there. You told me you don't want to fly on a plane again!)  "Well..if I get to go see Uncle DanDan it will be okay. Will he go to Disneyland too?" (I'm sure he would join us!)  "Okay..then it will be fine!"  I guess we will have to work on that, too!

Bella is helping design her Great Strides walk shirt! It will be blue this year!! She is inviting all her classmates and the other Kindergarten classes as well!  Hopefully we will have a huge team walking in support of CF awareness!!
